Messy is Allowed: A Watercolor Group for Teens

A 6-week therapeutic watercolor group for teens focused on creativity, connection, coping skills, and self-expression.

Teen years can feel overwhelming. Between school, friendships, family changes, social media, pressure, and big emotions, many teens are carrying more than they know how to put into words.

Messy is Allowed offers a supportive outdoor space for teens to slow down, create, and connect with peers through watercolor painting and nature-based reflection.

No art experience is needed. This group is not about making perfect art. It is about practicing flexibility, emotional expression, self-compassion, and learning that things do not have to be perfect to be meaningful.
