Walk and talk therapy is a form of therapy that takes place outdoors while the therapist and client walk side by side. It offers a more relaxed, less formal setting than a traditional office, and the movement can help reduce stress, support emotional processing, and improve overall well-being.

Walk and Talk Therapy is currently being offered at Fort Steilacoom Park.

An EMDR intensive is a more focused type of therapy where you have several EMDR sessions in a shorter time period. This gives you more time to work through traumatic memories more quickly and deeply than with regular weekly sessions. The goal is to help your mind process and heal from past experiences faster, while still providing plenty of support and care throughout session.

Healing Harbor is an in-network provider with Premera Blue Cross Blue Shield, First Choice Health, and Regence. If we are in network with your health care plan we would be happy to bill your insurance on your behalf. You will be responsible for your co-pay at the end of each session.

If you we are not in network with your health insurance. Healing Harbor is considered an out of network (OON) provider and private pay.

Superbills, commonly known as receipts, are available upon request. If your insurance plan accepts OON providers a Superbill can allow clients to submit a claim to their insurance for a partial or full reimbursement. Not all insurance plans cover OON providers, therefore it is very important that you reach out and check in with your insurance provider about your current coverage.

We accept debit and credit cards, Zelle, FSA (flex spending accounts) and HSA (health saving accounts).
